How to purchase

1. In order to purchase the products on Lenzi Arredamenti it is necessary to completely fill in the electronic order form which you can find at the page shop.netfeel.it/riepilogo.php of the website and to accept the shown sales terms.
2. When Mamo S.r.l. receives the correctly filled-in order form, together with the payment or down payment, the contract is considered concluded. The order form will be registered in the management database of the website and you will receive a confirmation email in the email inbox you have indicated during registration.
3. In case of the possible, but unlikely, circumstance that a product selected by a buyer is not available when the order form is sent, Mamo S.r.l. will promptly notify the customer who has the faculty to change the order or request reimbursement of payment. The reimbursement will be made exclusively by bank transfer.
4. An order form sent by Internet obliges the buyer to accept and respect all the General Sales Conditions present on this page.
5. Before sending the order form the buyer can contact Mamo S.r.l. for clarifications and information regarding the products and purchasing terms.


Order changes

As the products sold on Lenzi Arredamenti are customized or custom-made, the buyer can change an order already sent within 24 hours from the conclusion of the contract.


Payment methods

When the selected products are added to your cart, you can visualize the product summary and the price. The quoted prices are all indicated in euros and include V.A.T. Payment can be made with one of the following methods:

Costs and Delivery

SHIPMENT COSTS

Shipment costs vary according to the volume or weight of the packages and are quoted in the cart when selecting the products. Shipment surcharge costs are possible when shipping abroad, or to particular destinations, such as pedestrian zones, smaller islands, in places where lorries have no access, lagoon areas.

INSURANCE

All shipments are covered by warranty insurance.

DELIVERY PROCEDURES

Mamo S.r.l. works with couriers of renowned professionalism and experience. This choice has been made to guarantee service level and product integrity during transport: please note that all of our products travel with insurance coverage. You will be notified by e-mail when the courier collects your goods from our warehouse. Deliveries are carried out during weekdays, Monday through Friday.
Delivery is always meant at street level. The transporters will not deliver to the floors and will not collect your old furniture.
The buyer must carefully inspect the conditions of the goods upon arrival and the correspondence between the number of boxes delivered and the number indicated on the transport document. In case of damage to the packaging, the buyer must report this circumstance to the courier by writing on the delivery document the wording “subject to reserve as packaging is damaged”.

DELIVERY TIMES

Mamo S.r.l. offers products that are personalized according to the detailed requests made by the clients regarding sizes, finishes and accessories. Every article is therefore expressly produced or ordered for the client. For this reason delivery times can vary between 1 and 7 weeks according to the type of product selected.
Mamo S.r.l. constantly works to respect punctuality when delivering the products; at the same time it does not take responsibility for delays that do not depend on its procedures. We advise you to check the product details for further information concerning average delivery times of the selected product.
Deliveries scheduled in periods immediately prior to Christmas holidays or summer holidays could be subject to substantial delays.

ASSEMBLY

This service is not provided but most of our products are pre-assembled making the assembly simple when it is necessary. The degree of difficulty when assembling a specific article, with referral to an explanatory chart, is indicated in the additional information to the product details..


Product Guarantee

All the products commercialized by Mamo S.r.l. are accompanied by a regular bill of sale valid as a 24 month guarantee on conformity defects, as provided for by Legislative Decree n. 24/02. In order to benefit of the guarantee the consumer must keep the bill of sale or transport document which will be received together with the purchased goods.
The 24 month guarantee according to Legislative Decree n. 24/02 is applied to products with conformity defects provided they are correctly used in compliance with their intended use and maintenance.
Where purchased products are damaged, the buyer is obliged to make a formal complaint regarding the damage found, enclosing photographic documentation. Mamo S.r.l. will arrange the partial or total replacement of the damaged product. The damaged item must be packed again in its original packaging and returned to the courier.
When the application of the guarantees provides for product return it is the customer’s responsibility to adequately pack the returned parts in order to avoid further damage.
Mamo S.r.l. intervenes as swiftly as possible in situations when the repair or replacement of guaranteed products become necessary.


Right of Withdrawal

As provided for by art. 64 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005, in distance contracts, that is negotiated off commercial premises (these include contracts concluded via Internet), the consumer has the right of withdrawal without any penalty and without specifying the reason within ten working days. However, the contracts stipulated on the Lenzi Arredamenti website fall within the exception provided for by art. 55, 2nd paragraph, letter c, of decree n. 206/2005, according to which the right of withdrawal is not granted to the consumer for contracts regarding the supply of custom-made or clearly customized goods. The right of withdrawal is also not exercisable for those products that foresee a strictly personal use such as mattresses and pillows, if the protective cellophane is not sealed. The right of withdrawal is exercisable by sending a written communication within the deadlines established by paragraph 1 to the Mamo s.r.l. offices in via Zambrini, 23 – 50127 Firenze, by registered mail with return receipt. The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram, telex, email and fax, provided it is confirmed by registered mail with return receipt within the following forty eight hours. The only costs payable by the withdrawing customer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the expenses regarding the return of the item to Mamo S.r.l.. If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions shown here, Mamo S.r.l. will refund what was paid with the exception of the sustained shipping costs. The refund will be by bank transfer within fifteen days after the date on which Mamo s.r.l. will receive the IBAN and SWIFT codes, and in any case, after receipt of the item in our warehouse and the verification of its state of integrity. Resolution of controversies

Controversies that arise regarding the interpretation or the execution of this contract will be submitted t by the parties to the conciliation attempt provided for by the regulation of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Handicrafts in Florence.


Privacy e Processing of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003 Privacy Code)
